Acronis Backup 11.5 für Windows Server Essentials - Exchange Backup fails

Hi Guys,

i have a Problem, i upgraded the Acronis 11 SBS Edition to Acronis 11.5 for Windows Server Essentials. Its all OK! The Backups work fine... But Acronis didn´t backup my Exchange, I can´t activate it, i see sql and active directory... no more.. :( where is it? Please help me..,

Hi, make sure that you have Agent for Exchange installed. Otherwise run installer, choose Modify and specify Agent for Exchange to install.

Acronis Agent for Exchange is installed, i have it reinstalled.. But it doesn´t work... :(

Ok, check that your license is assigned to Exchange Agent (Help -> Change license). I'd advice you to contact support.
