Wir haben aktuell das Problem, dass die Installation von Acronis Backup 11.5 bei dem Punkt Management Console einen Fehler verursacht und die Installation abbricht.

Hello Sven,

The Management Console installation usually fails if there was a problem with installing the drivers used for mounting images, which also seems to be the case here ("Der Treiber konnte nicht geladen werden").

Since this can have multiple different causes, I can't really suggest a solution without more information (like the full msi log). I would suggest creating a support ticket to investigate this.

thanks for your reply. Yes thats exactly the problem, the msi tries to install some drivers and fails. For a moment I can see the desktop icon for Acronis Backup and then the installer makes a rollback. Is it possible to install the drivers manually or to use a modified msi?

Would it help when I send you the install log (it will be in german)?
