After Installation of Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Workstation + Universal Restore each time on startup the computer McAfee reports:

as Spyware. The VBS ist random or like a Reg-Key.

Windows 7 64Bit, McAfee VirusScan Enterprise, Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Workstation + Universal Restore Build 11.5.37975.

This script detects which applications (currently only MS SQL Server) are installed on the machine. If it's not executed (e.g. because it was deleted by antivirus as in your case) you won't be able to backup applications using single-pass backup.

The Alert is not easy to excluded in McAfee because exclude cscript.exe or wscript.exe ist not a solution.
The script name it self is random?

Yes, the script name is random. What it possible is to specify a dedicated user for MMS service, and add to AV exclusions only its temporary folder.
