Acronis no elimina los Backup Programados

Buenos días a la Comunidad Acronis, Solicito Ayuda debido a que hago la configuración y programación de Acronis para la eliminación de mis respaldos mas viejos, dejando solo los cuatro últimos. pero a pesar de que puedo ver la regla creada no lo hace automáticamente, Gracias por su Ayuda.

In builds 38350 and before, if the plan has 'simple' scheme and you edited the plan after creation to add retention rules, they will fail to work. To verify it, export this plan and if there are 'false' values in before_backup , after_backup and on_schedule tags, it is affected. To fix it, edit the plan, change the scheme from 'simple' to something else, e.g. Tower of Hanoi, then change it back and specify retention rules.
