Acronis PC 11.7 Windows 10 Issues

Hello, we have 2 identical HP laptops. We fully patched Windows 10. Completed a full image via boot disc 11.7 build 50064. Restored on the second laptop successfully. After laptop fully boots up, noticed network and audio had red X. Keyboard and Mousepad not working.
We have done plenty of restores which being successful using universal restore. For Windows 10, there is no option for that. What can cause such a restore for the drivers to be broken?
I was able to get an external mouse working and navigated to the Device Manager. Noticed many devices shows "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code39) The external backing provider is not recognized.
