Backup is do not running

Hi. I can't english very well. But I want you're help..

My used system Redhat9.0 i686

my commandline : acrocmd backup disk --volume="1-1" --loc="/tmp/" --arc="test.arichive" --fast --progress

but, no running progress 0% and stop error.. help me
