Backup to NAS fails

Thread needs solution

I am using build 11.5.32266 on Server 2008 R2
My backup plan is backing up to a NAS that is on site on the same subnet.
When I backup; I get between 1 and 12 failures. They always produce the same error codes (below). From a previous post, I did change the registry HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Acronis\BackupandRecoveryCommonComponents\ServiceProcess\Settings\StartTimeout to a decimal value of 30000. and 60000 with no changes to my backup success.

The error messages are always the same. Same Error code, Same module, same LineInfo
Here are the error messages that I get. I would appreciate some insigfht into what I can do to resolve this.

Hello Lost in Windows,

Thank you for posting this question in our forum. I am happy to assist you.

I recommend to collect following information first:

  • What is the backup source (disk/volume or file/folder backup)?
  • What NAS device is used? (Model and vendor)
  • How is the share setup (user settings, permission, all/anonymus)?
  • Please export the logs from Acronis Management Console;
  • Please create a system report of the affected machine;

Then contact support and provide the collected information. You will find all available support options in our Customer handbook.

If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know.

Thank you.
