Backup & Recovery for Linux 11.5 backup fails

I have tried this product in trial mode on two separate boxes. Both were running stock installs of ubuntu 12.04 server with ubuntu-desktop installed. After running Acronis via "sudo acronis_console", I then proceeded to make the backup and it all worked until it hits 95% and then it fails. At the 95% mark, ubuntu automounts the usb backup device and then shortly afterward Acronis Backup fails and below is the error log. We have already purchased this and am using the trial mode on a demo box to test it out.
