Blue screen on server 2008 R2 after installing 11.5

Thread needs solution

Good morning,
after installing Acronis 11.5 on server 2008 R2 (PDC), the server has blue screens every 3 days. With Acronis 11 there were no problems, and now we have removed 11.5 and everything works.
What can we do?

Thank you for posting this issue in our forum.

This is a serious problem and I suggest checking the Windows event logs to identify the component that caused the blue screen. Also the error code of the blue screen itself would be helpful. Because we are installing an system driver to be able to snapshot the drives, this can bring up configuration issues or incompatibilities to the surface, that do not cause visible problems on the system. However you should check the event log of Windows. There you should find a number of errors and warnings. Identify them and do not install any product unless you have solved the existing problems.

I recommend to run an offline backup from Acronis bootable media to save the current  status.
