Bootable Media Shows Archive but NO Backups

Thread needs solution

We were testing the full restore capability of ABR 11.5 with the acronis bootable media. When looking at the archive from the bootable media it shows NO backups are available for any of our machines. It will show our machines in the archive but with no backup. NOTE that there are backups available on all machines thru the management console on our server. Does anybody have suggestions about what is going with this?

Thanks

Where are backups stored (managed or unmanaged vault? Do you refer to catalog ( under 'data view' in data selection dialog) or 'archive view' ? Is it possible to see a screenshot (you can connect to a bootable media from a console running on Windows in order to do it without digital camera)

The backups are stored in a centralized managed vault. And yes im refering to both the archive and the data catalog. They show the desktop names but when i click the drop down, it shows no backups. If a screenshot is really needed i can try and get that for you.
Thanks

On the screenshot I see that in vault path is displayed some UNC path. If your vault is indeed centralized managed vault on some Storage Node (ASN), it should not be accessed from bootable media this way. Instead, you should type bsp:// in location selection dialog, after that list of managed vaults on this ASN will appear in the tree. If the vault is indeed unmanaged (without Storage Node), it doesn't look like some known problem.

bsp://? our vault is oon the same server as the acronis management piece. What follows after the bsp://?

As described in http://www.acronis.com/support/documentation/ABR11.5/#13655.html , item 9 , after bsp:// you need to enter the name or address of storage node on which managed vault was created.
