Help for a new user
Thread needs solution
My back up was installed by a professional, now I see since september 15 there is a failure in the full back up, because there is not enough space and there is. When I enter, I see 3 disks, as if Acronis fails because is trying to back up disks I have used but I don't need to back up. To tell you the truth I just want to back up my files, photos, etc. Do you have a service that can fix this for me in a language that can be understood my a normal user? Even when changing the hours, I am confused. Please give me an advice. Sorry for the English, but I could not find this kind of talk in Spanish forum, and I could not change my nickname. Acronis has been very difficult for me to understand.
