Hi,
I have seen this. I adjusted the size to 14GB following those instructions, no dice. I've got more than 30 other stations that are exact copies of this working flawlessly. I'm struggling to figure out what is different with this one.
Thanks!

You can set the snapshot storage to unlimited or move it to another drive where you have more space.

I had basically the same thing happen after cloning a hard disk. It was Windows 7. During the cloning process, since the drives were different sizes, it reduced the size of the 100mb boot partition to something like 97mb. At that point I got VSS errors trying to back up the drive. Nothing pointed to the 100mb partition (Acronis error messages need a lot of work) but I had to increase the size of the boot partition back to 100mb (using Acronis Disk Director) and that got rid of the VSS errors.

Hi Jim, Thank you for pointing our attention to the error message that does not give exact directions of what happened and how it could be fixed.
I've managed to change it, however it will be in Acronis Backup 12 only.
The new message will be:
Not enough space to create a volume snapshot on disk [VolumeLetter]. Available space - [FreeSpace]. Maximum allowed size for snapshot is [MaxSnapshot].
To fix the problem - free disk space on [VolumeLetter], or increase the allowed size for snapshot storage (make sure you have enough free space for it), or move the snapshot storage to another volume. For more information refer to Acronis Knowledge Base - https://kb.acronis.com/content/31418
