Not Deleting and Stopping
I created two backup plan,
Both of them are running after 3 days,
i tried to stop it, it is not stopping.
not able to delete as well..
what to do nw?

The situation that you describing might have different causes and therefore needs an investigation. Most probable scenarios:
1) Backup process is working but very slow. In this case you need simply to wait and if you think that the backup speed is unwarrantably slow, please contact our support.
2) Backup process is working, but waiting for any user interaction. Please check if there are any GUI messages.
3) Backup process is hanging. To break off the current operation you can kill service_process.exe. But is the issue is reproducible please collect the logs listed in this article and contact our support team. It would be also useful to check if the same issue occurs if you select another backup sources and targets.

To be able to cleanup old archive every 3 days, you need to do a full backup every 3 days.
The deleting will take place after 6 days (on the first time) and every 3 days after that.

How can we tell that whether the license is utilized or not?
As we can see the system names coming in front of the license number for other Servers and Workstations, why can’t we see the same for Citrix XenServers and SQL?
