Problem with finding the right Windows Drivers for restoring using Universal Restore

Thread needs solution

Good Day to all,
I have a problem with finding the right Windows Drivers for restoring using Universal Restore. Also please note that I am a casual PC user so my IT knowledge is not the best there is.

The computer motherboard to which I want to restore the saved Image by Acronis is ASUS P5KPL-AM IN/ROEM. I went to the site of Asus and it has various Drivers such as BIOS, Chipset, Utilities, VGA, LAN, etc. all except the necessary drivers which acronis needs which to be honest I don't know how to recognize if they are the right ones or not.

I then try to download all these drivers but it requires an intermediate download management program of Asus which my computer for some unknown reason can't download any files at all.

I would really appreciate if somebody who knew more on this subject could just give / send me the necessary files in order to complete the much necessary restore because I have a job for which I need it until tomorrow.

Hello Efi,

sorry for delayed answer!

You can start recovery with Universal Restore and there is a chance that Universal Restore finds all necessary drivers in the Windows driver folder.

If it doesn't program shows you errors message(s) with PCI device number. You can find the needed drivers using this number on hardware vendor website or other dedicated websites (e.g. this one).

If it doesn't help, please contact our support.

Thank you.
