Recovery task fails

Hi,

We're using Acronis Backup Advanced (11.5 update 6) on Windows Server 2012 Standard. Yesterday I tried to restore a file from a previous backup, however, the task fails with "Logging on with the specified credentials is impossible, probably because the account does not exist or the password is invalid). The credentials used are for local administrator and they are fine. I also reconfigured the Managed Machine Service logon password but it made no difference. The recover tasks created cannot be edited either. The overnight backups work fine. 

Not sure what/where to check next. Any idea would be much appreciated.

Hello,

Try a new restore task and make sure you disable the option to restore the rights and permissions along with the file.

What I think is happening is we are trying to restore the file permissions along with the file and can't because the user for those permissions no longer exists.
