Remote backup failed - no help found in database

Thread needs solution

Backups failed on 2 remote machines. I'm running Backup Advanced, ver 11.5 update 6. Backup agent 11.5 for Windows, build 11.5.38929. Here's the error info:

Thank you for your posting! Please make sure, that the User has the rights of the local administrator on both remote machines. If machines are in the Domain, please specify the Domain-Administrator for Acronis Managed Machine service and for the access to the backup-source in the backup plan. The account should also have the following privileges. Please refer to the following article on how to add the necessary rights.
