[RESOLVED]Connect Acronis backup to my account issue

Hello,

We had Acronis Backup 11.5 from 2 years now and recently (after updating the software) had issue to use the connect tab.

First when i click on the "connect" in the upper right, the window appear whith error -118 :

Connection failure to http://www.acronis.com/redirector/products/abr11.5/inapp/my/?language17…. Error code : -118

Some times i have the login bow with user name / adress and password but the connect button is grey tint so i can't connect.

The internet connection is up and i can sign in into the web page using Internet Explorer.

Can you help me reconnect my software.

The problem is solved from reinstalling software and licenses.
