[SOLVED] Acronis Backup 11.5 (32308): Missed BU schedule, No alert triggered

Hello.

I have a machine scheduled for daily backups. This night an incremental backup was not performed because the client was shut down. This event was not listed in the automated alert list nor was it listed in the log (all events). So nothing is really pointed out about that machine. The machine itself is still shut down. Alerts are configured for all options except for Awaiting tasks.

1. Can you confirm this is "normal" behavior?
2. Can I change this so I get notified when a similar event happens?

1- Yes. All scheduling is performed on the agent and if the machine is off, Management Server will only raise alert when machine was not connecting to it for a period specified in time-based alerts in Management Server options.
2 - you can only reduce this period to, say, 1 day.
