Unable to connect to Management server afcter update to 43956

Thread needs solution

I updated my main management server to 43956 and it now is unable to accept connections successfully.

I get the following error message

Code: 11,337,731(0x00AD0003)
LineInfo: 0x90FB8A255B1DF58C;

Module: trueimg_remote_full_vs_43956
Message: Failed to establish connection.

Code: 197,666(0x00030422)
LineInfo: 0x4D5187F54ACFDAFC;

Module: trueimg_remote_full_vs_43956
Message: The required service on the remote machine is not started. Start the service and retry the connection.

The service is running, however after a period of time it does stop on its own.
I can connect to another management server (under which there are no Backup plans or vaults ) with the same version of the software

Hi Robert,

Could you please check the logs in %allusersprofile%\Acronis\AMS\Logs on the AMS, as described in the following article. If you'll find the same error as in the article - please proceed with the troubleshooting steps. If not, I'll give you another recommendations.
