Update 2 #38350 for Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 fails install

Thread needs solution

I don't know what is going on with this, I checked the MD5 numbers and downloaded it twice to make sure but it will not install.

The error:
" Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Agent for Windows
Code: 01058
Line tag: 0xc1180c75befcee62
Message: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it"
I don't know why it is doing this, just backed up a drive with version #37975.

I am running Windows 8.1 on this computer and as I said #37975 was installed on Windows 8 so it should make the update.

Any ideas on what is going on?

Looks like one known bug in some Acronis dirvers. To check which one gives you this error, you need to gather installation log. If you installed in from a .exe installer, not from .msi files, it's in PrograData/Acronis already and will be collected using acronis info utility http://kb.acronis.com/acroinfo . Then contact Acronis support and ask them to provide the latest signed driver.
