Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 fails on a Windows 10 workstation

Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 - the backups fail on my Windows 10 machine. Any idea what might be wrong?

I tried to disable the VSS - still fails:

But how will VSS doctor help? Like I said, I tried to disable VSS and the backup still fails even without using VSS:

I have run VSS doctor, it has found and fixed the recommended maximum storage. Tried to do the backup after that - failed again with VSS set to default - Software - System provider:

What is interesting, if I start the same plan again manually after the failure, without changing anything, it usually fails again, but sometimes it magically works after a few attempts. I don't know how to explain that. What else can I try? Please help!

I reinstalled and recreated the backup plan again today - still not working. The event log shows the following messages:

according to the error messages, there are definitely some issues with the VSS writes. Please check out the troubleshooting steps from https://kb.acronis.com/content/42648#2_3_VSS_writers_providers_issue13

The SQL Server Browser service was disabled for some reason. I enabled it and also installed the latest Microsoft updates. My backup works now.

Hello CONSTANTUS,

This is a general error that doesn't provide an exact root cause of the issue.

Usually, this will mean that something is wrong with your full backup (file corruption for example). Have you tried running a validation operation for this archive? Can you mount/open it?

После обновления с версии 11.7 до версии 12.5 не подхватились лицензии. Не нашел возможности импортировать файл с лицензиями. Не хотелось бы вручную вводить более 20 номеров.

UPD. Лицензии не принемает от версии 11.7
