add a machine to centralized mgmt, and i get Failed SSH

Hello and good morning

i'm trying to add a machine to a centralized management following the steps from this acronis page

first i connect to the server IP: 130.0.10.15 that a want to put like a centralized management, then i go to:

connect > new connection > manage a remote machine IP : 192.168.1.57

then inside the machine i go to:

Options > machine options > machine management

-Then i mark Centralized management
-management server (IP/name) -> i put the ip from the server that i want to put in centralized mgmt
-machine registration address -> Here i put the the address from the remote machine

But i get this error: Error to established SSH connection, Verify the address of the specific machine
Even we installed a SSH server FreeSSH and we are running with the same username and password
that has the admin account, what is the possible cause????

Hello COS_AN,

Thank you for your posting! Please update all components to the same build version, according to the error message some components are still 32308, which is pretty old. Further check that all prerequisites for remote connection are fulfilled on both AMS and Agent. Re-attempt the registration.
