Most of our machines are standard Win7 basic setup and Backup & Recovery works fine. I'm not sure if this is useful information or not, but on the only machine we can't seem to back up, the user has installed GRUB and a linux partition. Attached is the error log from his machine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling acronis and rebooting but no luck.

Can you open mentioned files (dlls that can't be loaded), like C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\email_commands_addon.dll - for example copy them to other folders?
