Backup Plan Frozen, Can't "Stop". Acronis Cloud displays "there are no items to show in this view" but when I sign into our account via the web Acronis shows content.

Please see attached screenshots, does anyone have any suggestions? In our backup plan we back up to a local Drobo device and also upload to the Acronis Cloud as a fail-safe best practice. It appears that the backup stopped or froze at the point when the system typically replicates to the Acronis cloud however there are no errors in the log what so ever. Please refer to screenshots and advise, thanks so much in advance!

I had to reboot our Domain Controller to cancel the backup plan, I could not "stop" the action no matter what I tried.

The issue seems to be with the Acronis application connecting to the Acronis Cloud. If you refer to the attached "acroniscloud.png" in my previous post you can see that the app is connected to our Acronis cloud account yet all of our data seems to be missing. Anyone have any ideas or suggestion?
