Hello Fedor,
Yes case number is 02209658
Port 9876 is open i checked this using telnet from other machine in the network trying establish connection with affected machine. Ports 9876 and 25001 and file printer sharing are aded to Windows firewall exception list. I even tried with windows firewall off and Mcafee VSE 8.8 off. When I try to sent installation package remotley using wizard testing connection is succeed bu then detection components is on and never ends until i close the wizard. I tried to install acronis console on this machine and with console I can locally operate this machine but I cannot run this service and establish remote management. Under my case number there are logs and proces monitor logs on acronis ftp to analyze. Thank you in advance and waiting for advice.

If something is replying on port 9876 (otherwise telnet would have failed) and yet agent is not working, then this is the process preventing agent from binding to port.
What processes does
netstat -a -b
list ?
Try to change port number using Remote Agent administrative template - http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisBackup_11.5/#… - and see if it will work then (connect using console from remote machine specifying this port, of course). If it works then you need to find the offending process/service using this port.
By the way, is it some existing environment that stopped working or a new installation?

Hello Fedor,
You have rigt there was third party corporate application which was using port 9876. I changed Acronis Agent port for 8876 and I can connect to this machine and services starts ok. I try to add this machine to AMS but it's not possible I still have message adding machine (from agent side) and nothing happend. Is possible to add such machine with different port to AMS?

It can be possible only if you also change the agent port on AMS machine too (and all other agents and storage nodes registered in it). AFAIK configuration with only one machinewith a port different from default was never tested. If port is changed everywhere is works, because this setting affects also default onbound connection port (although it shouldn't, but now it does and that's why it works if it is changed on all machines). If it is changed on one machine only, either MMS or AMS will try to connect to other machine on default port and will fail.

Hello Fedor,
Thank you for update. Customer will change ports in third party application in short time so then I will setup Acronis Agent on default port so everything should work normal. At the moment I can connect to remote agent but there is no possible to add this machine to AMS and also in logs I noticed that this agent have problem with connecting to license server which can also be due to different port configuration (attached screen).

Yes, it seems to be the case - License Server listens on default port, and custom port is used on this machine for outbound connections (as address License Server told to MMS by AMS is without port). It should get normal when port is changed back to default.
