E-mail header change

Dear reader,
Our messages given by Acronis will be automatically sent to our ticketing portal. As we have a centralized Acronis machine, it can sometimes occur a lot of tickets will be generated and have to be checked by our Servicedesk.
They are facing the issue that when tickets are being created, the header is like this: [Acronis Backup]: %subject%
Below is an example of what the information is:
received from: support@inlumi.com
Critical alert: There is a vault with low free space: 'Inlumi-Backup'
Occurred: 10/2/2018 7:29:07 AM
Alert type: Vaults
Machine: NL1IMCBCK01.MGMT.GLOBAL
Description: 'Inlumi-Backup': Low free space.
How can we change the subject matter in Acronis this way, that it will be immediately visible for our SD what it exactly is without opening and reviewing the ticket?
