Error Backuping Mailboxes

Thread needs solution

Hi,
We're using Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange Management Console to backup mailboxes on Exchange server 2007.
I have just checked the logs as it is taking a very long time and it is showing the following errors..

note: the usernames are full usernames blocked out for privacy reasons.

How can I resolve these issues?
