Failed to Backup Virtual Machine under Hyper Cluster Infrastructure

Hi,

I'm trying to backup a virtual machine which has been identified in the "Virtual Machine" tab. But when the process is running i have the error below :

For information, the current license which is used for my host is an "Acronis Backup advanced 11.5", I thought it's may be coming from the license, but the message doesn't look it related to that.

So even so, I ve tried to apply a Trial license that I received from your website including HyperV License, But the license is not able to load in to it :

it said : "Cannot retrive information from the license; Make sure that the license is correct and try again"...

Any ideas ?

After looking more in deep under Licenses Tab from the AMS, my Host is displayed with License key with a little 'v' in violet with it. probably meaning that HyperV License is been attached on it ?

Also for information, we are working in cluster with a SAN. So it means that the VM are not directly located on the Host itself, does it have an impact and how is it possible work around ?
