How dows Acronis Online backup my Exchnage

Hello everybody,

I need Information about how Acronis Online backups an Exchange Server.
Is there an Agent which backups it incrementally or does Acronis Online perform an full backup every time?

If you can, I would like an Link to an Acronis source where this is mentioned.
