Incremental backup not work

Thread needs solution

Hi can anyone help,

I’ve Acronis 11.5 that running at MS server 2008 and MSSQL 2008 that incorporated with something application. I often restart incremental backup service to resume the Acronis by restarting MS server when I got the error about “failed to create volume snapshot”. I noted error is always related MSSQL but I’ve no idea how can treat it. Anyone can suggest? The error list as follows.
