Online Backup Subscription expiration.

Thread needs solution

My reseller sold me on acronis and how good they are. Well I purchased the software in Feb 2013 and it showed expired in July a few months later . Meanwhile I had a year subscription till feb 2014. I got a email in September from Acronis that the subscripition was till December 6th 2013. How can they change the date. Plus when I called them Monday Jan 6th and they deleted my backup! Their policy It says no data deleted till after the 30th day. Plus when I went to my Profile it says subscription expiration Feb 2014. No one has gotten back to me. No one even gave me notification why the expiration was different or changed. If you look at their website , you cannot contact Customer support even by phone. I am very upset and told the tech person to have someone from Customer Support contact me. With all these problems over the year. I should get a year free extension or my money back.
