Product Update Auto Check does not work

Basically, I have been filing tickets to fix problems I have encountered with Acronis 11.5. So now, TWICE I have been told that there is a new version available to to download the update and install.

Yet, when I run the Update Check within the admin console it states that there are NO UPDATES. This means the auto update check is NOT working and utterly useless because I have it set to check for updates every time I open the console.

Can this please be fixed?

I am currently running Acronis 11.5 32308 but I am being told to download and install 37608, but the console is telling me that there are NO UPDATES. This has not worked for the last two upgrades I have done, so this is broken.

What file do you get if you open on the same machine http://download.acronis.com/ABR11.5/advanced/english/web-setup.xml in a browser?

If you already updated the console to 37608 , but the Management Server is 32308 , the automatic update checker will not prompt for update because it checks against the version of console.
