Restoring from Exchange 2010 Info Store Backup

Thread needs solution

We have successfully taken a backup from a new Exchange 2010 4 node DAG cluster, however when we try to restore a mailbox or anything within the catalog all databases say: There are no items to show in this view.(Image attached)

Can anyone advise how we see what has been backup to restore from it!

In addition it appears the problem is that it has not actually backed up the data in DB01 which where all the mailboxes currently sit - all databases are selected in the backup job.

Please check first, if you have installed the MAPI C.D.O 1.2.1 on the server with MS Exchange running. See Supported Microsoft Exchange Server versions.

Also please check if your MS Exchange cluster meets the prerequisites. See Advanced scenario - CDP of an Exchange cluster.
