When changing the domain password I lost the connection with the vaults

Very good:

I had the following problem. I have updated the Domain Administrator password and now I can not connect to the vaults, which is causing the complete backups not to be made.

Hello Francisco,

Can you click "Edit" on the vault and then re-add the "Vault administrator" user?

I can click "Edit" on the vault and it shows me this error when I save it. error2_1 anda erroe2_2

Did you change only the password of the domain admin and nothing else?

What are the service users of your Management Server and Storage Node services?

For all the services I use the Domain Administrator user, although I can also access the booths with a non-domain Administrator user.

I have re-created the vaults and when I launch the backup job it still gives me failure.

What can I do to recover access to old data?

With that I would be worth it, I think.
