Working bootable media without manager server

Thread needs solution

Hi there,

I am using Acronis Backup Advanced Build 11.7.50064

I am using one Server as a managment machine who are backing up variuos servers.

The backups are stored in a centralized managed vault hosted on a local driver and replicated (2nd location..) to external storage.

I are able to connect to the vault through the manager server using the string "bsp://node_address/vault_name/" and restore any backup. This is working fine.

My problem is I try to restore a backup through bootable midia, using a backup stored in the external storage, without the manage server.

The system list de backups stored in drive, but don't show the backups files. (There are no backups). See attached image.

How i work with the bootable midia without the manage server?

Any suggestion?

Thanks a lot!

Hello Marcelo,

Acronis Bootable Media does not require Acronis Management Server to browse for existing backups. You just need to specify the path to the derictory where backups are stored and probably click on Refresh to scan the folder for backup files.

On the attached screenshot I see the desktop UI, not UI of a bootable media. In case of a desktop installation, Acronis Management Server and Acronis Storage Node components are required to access the contents of a centralized managed vault, as the centralized vaults can only be managed via Acronis Management Server.

Thank you,
