Cannot start trial

Thread needs solution

I've just registered on the Acronis site and downloaded the agent/management software. The software installed without issue and I could successfully navigate to the Backup Management web page. 

I configured a back-up in the web console and clicked the "Start Trial" link, I was prompted for my login details, which I entered and they were accepted.

I then clciked the Start Trial link again and the following message was displayed. "Start of a trial is not possible."

Has anyone else encountered this error before?

Hi, looks like the trial has been succesfully started. Do you see trial expiration date line in the bottom of the window? You don't need to start trial again. Start configuring backup plan, refresh browser window if necessary.
