Login failure on Linux Management Console

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I've just installed the test version of Acronis 12 on a Ubuntu 16.04

The installation went without any problem, but I can't login to the Management Console with user "root"

I see the following error in web_server.log

Hi Marcel,

The problem is related to interaction between the web console engine and the web GUI during authentication stage (probably during passing root credentials to the backend), however I wasn't able to find any records of such known issues in our database, so it's something new. Please contact our support team for assistance with the issue. Remember to capture Acronis system report as described in https://kb.acronis.com/linuxreport article.

Thank you.
