12.5 scheduler uses wrong timezone on one (!) vmware host

Hi,

noticed today that all jobs on one of my two vmware hosts ignores the timezone and runs all jobs at UTC instead of MET (+2).

Both ESXi hosts have the same date and time. Both are configured to use NTP. Both Acronis Agents have the same timezone and show the same time!

Hi,

As mentioned in the thread you refer to, such problems should be investigated with help from our support team. The issue can be tied to particular selected time zone in the appliance console (on the Agent side) + to specifics of how the plans are configured (which schedule scheme is used). The possible workaround is to change the timezone to some other which is also UTC+2, but has different name (the timezones can be quite tricky and can change their properties depending on Windows/Linux OS updates).

Hi Vasily, from what I was able to inspect, everything was configured as expected. But as mentioned in another thread I started from scratch and recreated everything. Now it seems to work.
