Acronis 12.5 SP1 Tasks running 2hours later and sometime hangs @ 100%

Thread needs solution

We have installed SP1 for Acronis 12.5.

Since this Update we have two problems on different sites:

- Tasks are running exactly 2hours later as planned on the management server.

I have check the time on managment server, ESXi-Host and Acronis Backup Appliance, time is ok and the same on all.

- Task freezing at 100%

i cant cancel the job on management server, there i get a error message:

TOL: An activity with ID = '894766ED-22F4-4CC2-9527-860928922301' cannot be found.
 
Only rebooting the Backup Appliance stop/cancel the job

If you create a new backup plan, does it also behave the same way? Or is this only for updated backup plans?

i have deleted the esxi appliance and added a new one.

Deleted the Backuptask and recreated it, to a new shared empty folder.

Backuptask is not running on the corect time. in this 2 hours betwenn the task is planed and the "really" start time the backupjob is red in the managementconsole with the message: backup was not started

This seems like a bug, but we haven't had any reports on it and can't reproduce in our QA.

Could you create a support case to get this investigated? 

I solved this problem (my tasks run 3 hours later) by

1. deleting and reinstalling all VMWare vCenter agents
2. editing and saving all the plans (without doing any change)

I do not know if both of them or just the one of the above steps solved the problem.
