Acronis Backup 12 Virtual Host License Error

Thread needs solution

We have 3 licenses for Acronis Backup 12 Virtual Host. Till now all the VM's were getting backup properly.

However recently when I checked it is showing "A license is required. One or more machines are not assigned a license" error.

When I check under settings->Licenses, I can see 3 licenses are already there.

We didn't make any changes to the license settings. 

 

Now all the backup are stuck

Hello Abhishek,

Could you please share more information on this issue?

1) Please make a screenshot of Settings->Licenses tab

2) Then please open a "Virtual host" from there by clicking on its icon and make a screenshot of a list of licenses.

3) Please also go to Overview->Activities and scroll down to an activity with the mentioned error message. Please open its details and make another screenshot.

Please send the screenshots with your licenses in a private message. Since it is not possible to attach images to a private message, please insert them into text with the help of tools.
