Acronis Backup 12.5 Build 9010 Starting Backup problem

Thread needs solution

Hello,

We have a problem with every backup job,when we starting him (see attach please).

Starting backup repeating-going in circle and backup job,can not be started.Please help with this situation.

We re-created task several times,restarted the Management service and server also,but same problem..

Welcome to Acronis forum!

As I understand, the problem is that the backup plan hangs at start. You have tried to re-create it and restart the machine with the management server, but it brought nothing. I will be happy to help you!

First of all, make sure you are using the most recent build 9010.

Secondly, run a repair-installation on the management server: Start the installation fail and choose the “repair” option.

Additionally, re-start the virtual appliance on the ESXi.

Do not forget to add Acronis folders and processes to antivirus software. 

Please let me know if these steps resolved the issue. If the problem still persists, we would need some additional information: screenshots illustrating the problem and a system report from the management server and the virtual appliance.
