Backup to Tape library is getting input/output error

Dear Team,

We had installed acronisbackup12.5  on the customer place, and created the tape pools in the tape drive is attached to the san switch,with five advanced server license recently purchased

tape library model STK SL150 0250 (464970G+1547SY4924)  .when we start the backup its getting failed due to input output error.some times it is working,after i did the full inventory from the tape management,

also i had changed the default storagenode time out
