Cloud backup is failing error states that the backup fails to connect to an IP address but the IP address is not what I have the backup ointing to

Thread needs solution

The onsite backups are working fine but the replication to the cloud is failing stating that

The IP address shown is not the IP address I have assigned inside Acronis

Hi Nathan,

The error message is related to communication with Acronis Storage which is installed in your service provider datacenter - when backing up to "Cloud" the data is physically sent to the backend storage provided by MSP. In other words the issue should be related to the setup of Acronis Storage Backup Gateway that it has it's address changed or something similar happened in the setup. You should contact our support team for assistance with the issue (so that we can check the actual setup of the cloud storage in your particular case).
