Machine is offline for more than X days build 14330

Thread needs solution

 Hello,

I have Acronis Backup 12.5 latest version

Build: 14330
Web console service: v.12.5.3836
Backup management server: v.12.5.14330
Backup management console: v.12.5.3687

 

The product license is for hyperv. Some days now all 3 HyperV hosts are in hang state of bucking up. Same time the critical alert "There has been no connection with machine 'xxxxxxxxxxx" for X days. Backups of this machine are stopped. Please restore the connection with the machine to resume backups." is active.

I have tried of reinstalling the agent on host and before the installation finish I get the error "Registration failed: Management server error Getting token failed.  400 bad request.

Also when I am trying to add the hyperv host from backup console side i get the following:

We talk about an operational system (for months) since some time ago. Please for your help and ask me if you need yto provide you any further information.

welcome to Acronis forums!

Looks like issues with your AMS database: somehow records of your Agents for Hyper-V got corrupted and/or the IDs of your Agents are not accepted by the database.

This issue should be investigated by Acronis engineers. Please open a case with Acronis Support Team. You will be requested to collect Acronis System Information from the machine with Acronis Management Server

I have raised a ticket to support engineers. Thank you for your advice. Hope to be resolved as soon as possible.
