Typical, upgrade breaks everything

I've honestly had it with Acronis.  Every time an "upgrade" is applied things break.  In this case, going from a PERFECTLY working 12.0 system to 12.5 and now my plans no longer work.  They start and then stop immediately saying "The archive is invalid or its type is unsupported."  That's absurd.  It's really quite clear that very little testing actually happens at Acronis.  No, rebuilding backup plans is NOT an acceptable solution every time there's an update/upgrade which is always what Acronis tells us or our customers to do.  If one of my employees told customers to reinstall Windows every time they had an issue I'd fire them.  

Anyway, how do I fix this or is it time to find a new backup vendor?  Perhaps one that supports partners better?  Maybe where partners can call support with issues?
