Hello,

I can't see only one license in Acronis Backup 12.5, it is my NFR license. We have upgrade a license 11.7 to 12.5 but when i add it, i can't see it.

 

Any ideas ?

Hello, if you registered in the partner portal (where you probably received 11.7 NFR license), you can also find there 12.5 NFR licenses.

Else, please contact Acronis sales rep.
