The user name or password is incorrect.

Thread needs solution

After updating to the latest build, I'm no longer able to log into Acronis Standard Server 12.5 using either a local admin account or a domain admin account.  I've uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted, nothing.  It always says, "The user name or password is incorrect."  I assure you I'm typing the correct Windows admin username and pwd combination.  How do I solve this? BTW, this happens in any browser too and with multiple different accounts.  Clearly your system is broken.  You should go back to a real GUI and dump this web browser GUI.

thanks for posting on Acronis forums!

I recommend that you use a full domain name when entering admin username.

If this still does not help, please collect Acronis System Information and share it with Acronis Support Team in order to investigate this peculiarity.
