Cloud server is down?

After multiple attempts of trying to back up my data to the cloud storage and gettiing a "write error" I clicked on the "recover files" button and it takes me to a page that tells me:

The server is not available at the moment. Please try again later.

I'm not too happy that I put some faith in a back up system that immedietly has a server down the first time I attempt a cloud back up. Can someone please advise?

"Aravind" walked me through the problem and it looks like deleting the back-up task and redoing it did the trick. Lets see if the back up is succesful.
