We need more information before we can offer assistance. What product are you using (version and build number) and what is your operating system. You are more likely to get a response if you post in the forum for the particular product you are using.

The product is Acronis Data Cloud, Agent for Windows (64-bit) (12.5.12420),  

Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard

OK, not something I am able to help with. Do not use that product.

Hello Suporte,

Incorrect last/next backup start time or other data displayed in the backup management console might be caused by the synchronization issues between the Agent and Acronis Management Server. I'd start with instructions listed in https://kb.acronis.com/content/59057 and if the issue is not resolved, raise a support ticket.
