ABR 11 and Powervault 124T autoloader

Thread needs solution

ABR 11 has no problem seeing the powervault 124t and managing it. It cannot see the mail slot in the auto loader, and thus can not eject a tape. is there a way around this? Is there a setting some place or a driver from Acronis? I have updated the drivers and firmware from Dell to what is current.

  3. Specify the exact model of the tape device and the way it's attached;
  4. Get screenshots of the Free media pool (Start -> Run -> ntmsmgr.msc -> Media Pools -> Free);

I do face the same problem too. Have anyone tried even to erase tapes when it is loaded to the Drive itself not the bays. It kept on giving me errors.
